Being a true leader is tough, but necessary!

The responsibility of a corporate leader is very huge.

It’s not just limited to running a venture, raising funds, creating value.

But it is also to make sure that other leaders are born and nurtured withing the organization.

Great companies were never built by 1 person, but it was rather a combination of skilled people who possessed real leadership in their respective domains.

A real leader is never insecure about his/her position. They create a growth environment where everyone could reach to their real potential.

He/she influences rather by the authority than the position. People follow him not because he holds XYZ position within the organization,

but more so because of the value he creates for them, by showing real affection towards those people, and caring for their career and health and families and work and learnings and what not.

Being a true leader is tough, but very necessary to create large scale organizations.
